It is so lovely to read that you have been with us for 10 years and that you feel we are a great place to work, we must be doing something right :-) Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to provide us with your thoughts. Hopefully as you know I am genuinely interested and welcome everyone's feedback, as we can only improve and evolve together, our family. It is great that you are beginning to see improvements in our processes and structures. I agree in some areas we are not quite as a strong as we could be, though like you I am now also beginning to see and feel the improvements (which we will be continually reviewing and improving through our workflows and review sessions) Thank you once again, Gemma
