Cons
None come to mind, a lot of the growing pains and issues that did exist are being rectified or plan to be
Open culture. Everyone is trusted to do their job well and given as much support as needed. For a well established company, they've kept the entrepreneurial spirit alive. There are few places I can think of where you'll learn more. Office location is great and the benefits are really good. Product is great - it's built on top of Salesforce and is really liked by some big name customers.
Cons
Can't really think of any. Of course, there are always challenges in your daily work and it can be pretty fast paced, but there's lots of support and help available at all times to overcome any issues.
Great customer base, super product and enthusiastic & talented employees. Although established in 2005 the company retains its entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine desire to look after their customers the absolute best that they can.
Cons
Very distributed offices and employees can lead to frustration around communications. Entrepreneurial spirit is great but there are the usual growing pains around scale and leaving "start-up mode" behind.
