Pros

Benefits are great, especially health insurance. Everything within the actual system (they use workday) is clear. Always clock the actual hours you work.

Cons

Positions here are very dependent on who your boss/manager is. I had other positions that were amazing, but this one had some hiccups. Be sure to always read through the contract thoroughly and communicate pay transparency through email or have some sort of documentation. Avoid word of mouth. Full time benefits were great, but actual pay compensation was not. I was in this specific position for about a year and a half.

Pros

Compensation does not include for tuition I got (for my masters degree credits). As a grad student the student health center was pretty great.

Cons

I was definitely underpaid for labor that the university relies on.
