Pros

Benefits and Holiday pay are good

Cons

Once you are passed your 120 day probationary period I feel the employees can say or do as they choose. But if some management doesn't like you for any reason they will get rid of you before the 120 days. No one will ask your side and HR only cares about protecting the university, not the employees. It is very biased and unjust.
