      Pros

      Job was ok. Mid to low level employees were great to work with daily.

      Cons

      Pay was below average for the industry across the board. Benefits are well below industry standard. A lot is expected of you which is fine and expected with most jobs, but not appreciated by upper management. There is also a good ol boys club within management. They play favorites. They are also way to invasive into their employee's personal lives.

      Not a career for females

      Pros

      Music Work hours A few great people take care of community which this is really great! Competition Open work space

      Cons

      They say we hired you for a reason. They say we will give you whatever tools to be great. They do not. Men dominate the workplace a lot of inappropriate comments made. They do not really care about employees and do not like emotions and or stick up for you. It seems so real but it is not what you think. Pay is ok but nothing that major. They really need to work on positive energy and not just talk about it. It would be so much better if they did.

      Overall good people, fun atmosphere

      Cons

      Company pays very poorly, the promote and make you work in the position for a year before they pay you for it. No idea what a work life balance is.
