Pros

Senior Leadership is engaged, caring and responsive to everyone. Opportunity for growth is tremendous. Training is available for everyone. Strong safety culture. Strong community outreach. Organization is there for everyone in time of need both professional and personal.

Cons

I do not have any cons- The organization always looking for innovate and smart ways to grow and improve.

Pros

Management is very good, leaders are open, and part of a great team atmosphere. If you want to work hard, and learn the business, leadership will invest in you and will support you. Great company to work for business wise, and have a very good work life balance.

Pros

Great company to work for. They are growing and there is a lot of opportunity to advance. The have really embraced diversity and have a program for veterans. Pay and benefits are one of the best in the industry.

Cons

The rules change as you go especially when it comes to commission and bonuses. I guess it's meant to keep you aiming higher but sometimes the goals are unrealistic. But the good pay balances it out so it's more of an inconvenience. The other downside is if you are a night owl. This industry is for early risers. 7am start time is the norm and sometimes earlier but thats the nature of the construction industry for most jobs. Sometimes that can be a problem balancing work with having school age kids unless you have support.
