Stay Away!! Very Toxic Environment!!!

Cons

Bullying, favouritism, and micromanagement. High turnaround. Competent employees quit in only a couple of months. This company is not able to compete with top players in industry. Weak management who don't know the industry. Lacking technology. Promotions are not a result of strong performance, but more so from socialising with management and feeding their egos. Basically, if you work here you cannot find a job anywhere.

It is a struggle to think of anything positive to write at this point. I feel sorry for some of the colleagues still stuck in this mess. I advise to any potential candidate to look elsewhere.

Cons

The company is a pure disaster. Literally. It is astonishing with the level of incompetence across the upper management. They have led the company to ruins. Lack of vision, lack of investment, lack of any quality across all business units. Dissatisfied vendors, unhappy customers, extremely low morale.

Pros

Working from home and health insurance is a very good plan.

Cons

Very little room for growth within company. Top management don't see or recognise anyone who is doing production work. Only people who work in sales are praised. Very, very poor salaries. Had to fight tooth and nail for many years to get even a tiny increase. Company encouraged employees to write positive reviews on Glassdoor to boost profile as there were too many negative reviews, so I wouldn't trust the positive reviews so much.
