I had an initial call with HR/Recruitment to go over my skills and the role to see if I was a fit. The conversation was friendly and informal, I was a bit more senior than what they were initially looking for but after a few weeks I progressed to the next round. I had 3 more online meetings with various members of the sales & marketing teams and then an offer was made and I gladly accepted!

We spoke about projects that I completed, what I was interested in and passionate about, places where they needed to improve, and how I handled tough situations in my previous roles.
