The company used to be great under Siemens management. The last 2-3 years remind me a dying organism that nobody really knows how it survives. Products are dying (if not dead already) and the only product they invest and advertise is a complete failure (Circuit). The morale is low. Everybody wants to leave. The seniors stay just for the compensation and the new colleagues stay for 1-2 years and then they leave. If you can't do otherwise just avoid this company.

Having worked for Unify for 30 years it's terrible to see how the management have destroyed a leading communications company. Lack of vision, or no vision at all, with ridiculous business decisions of cut back, cut back, cut back, instead of looking after the existing customer database or actually growing it. Lack of training along side no pay rises for 8 years, leaves one of the most demoralized companies I have ever seen. Since the Atos acquisition the business is being carved 3 ways, and I see the bubble popping with the Unify ceasing to exist.
