Pros

Depending on what location you work you, Sundays are a set day off. For me the best part of the job was being able to work on your own.

Cons

If a full-time employee wants to get off early, you have to pick up there slack (this happens often). Management will always find something wrong about your route even if you think it went perfect.

Pros

(PSE at the National Distribution Center-NDC) Night differential pay Overtime Starting pay Federal government benefits Can lead to a career position Super easy work 10-15 min break every two hours, not including your 30 min lunch break

Cons

Mandatory overtime Takes YEARS to become a regular career employee Management tries to treat you ANY kind of way Management tries to talk to you ANY kind of way The regulars and management play mind games NO ONE cares about you They only care about getting the mail out They will work you 6 days/week, 12 hour days Repetitive work Putting up with the attitudes and drama EVERYBODY does WHATEVER they want to do and NO ONE is held accountable
