      Place is a disaster, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!

      Pros

      None... at one point it was a decent place to work because of the people. Current management destroyed what was a great brand very quickly.

      Cons

      Culture is horrendous, everyone is miserable and afraid of losing their jobs because of the current state of the company, not to mention all they do is lie. The current CEO is by far the worst... doesn’t care if people get paid for work that is completed and then you are left front facing with angry customers.

      Pros

      Very few. The former CEO seemed to genuinely care about the rank and file employees, particularly at the Utah plant. Nice organized celebration events for achievements, retirements, and sometimes also big accomplishments.

      Cons

      Morale has never been worse. People are scared that the company will go bankrupt. A few weeks ago the three most senior executives were fired by the board and no real honest explanation has been provided internally, its been all spin and fog. New CEO has no clue, she reads prepared scripts, robotic, disinterested, and the rumor is shes just a puppet of the board and is minding the store until the company is sold or shut down. Terrible.

      Bring dogs Beer in the office fridge...hmmm Nice furniture

      Cons

      Bad and Toxic env 0 leadership and ownership Loose mouth - unprofessional language - insensitive to culture New CEO that started in Jan-2020 is clueless and not communicative Unfriendly and loud as a market place... Sycophant, bootlicker, suckup and lickspittle culture Fake portrait of everything... Sorry, I was not able to mark the negative start in the rating, so had to stick to one start
