      There are No Pros. This company is crappy!

      Dealing with the owner, Lester. I spent the last month giving my best for his company. And the gratitude I get is this charlatan, Lester Gray. Who chose not to do his job, which is to manage the company ethically. Lester is someone who clearly believes that he is above the LAW. Fueled by GREED and MONEY. The Profit Over People mentality that Lester displays is both disgusting, immoral, and inhumane. I wish Lester nothing but PAIN.

      Fast paced and supportive. I've been with the organization for 3 years and we have double each year. Lots of opportunity to grow with the organization.

      Cons

      Smaller organization so you need to be a working manager. Most roles are very hands on. Not a place for individuals that are accustomed to multi levels of management.
