TRON Solar is based in Chicago, and when I worked for them in the Orlando, FL area, they completely gave up on Florida and moved out in the matter of one day after only one week of little progress. And even though the appointment setting position paid well, ($16/hour + $100 commission) I was very surprised to find out it was very one-sided pay going towards the company. We're talking about 80% to the company and 20% going to a couple of employees per pay period. I won't disclose the exact numbers of pay per each solar deal, but think about a few thousand dollars per each deal going to the company and higher staff, and only a few hundred to those who made it all happen and close.
