      Not a lot. The management is bad. The bully their top people and they leave and hire young out of college kids just trying to start. The turnover is bad

      Cons

      taking a vacation is frowned upon. using PTO is looked down on. Be ready to work on holidays with zero thanks. The VP of the office is a bully and is pushing out all the top talent when they stand up to him
