Business outlook
Pros
The team is excellent, everyone is really enthusiastic and bought into the company goals. Leadership is really good, leading by example and really give responsibility & trust to the team. The product is cool and it's early stage, so everything makes an impact which is nice. There's no feeling of being a cog in a huge machine where no one notices you, everyone is valued and can see how they contribute. Remote working is amazing, and we meet up as a team regularly. There's flexibility, great learning perks, and great onboarding.
Cons
None that I can think of. It's a start-up, which isn't for everyone but if you do like start-ups, it's a brilliant one.
