      Peers are wonderful to work with

      The management has no vision and interest for employees. They are just interested in getting funding for the company and hire-fire people at their whims and fancies. their vision changes every 2 months and so would the team change

      Interesting product with high potential

      Cons

      UX and UI are at the lowest priority in this company. Unclear requirements, constant changes, massive politics and egos at play - that makes the work of the creative person impossible.

      Chaos with failing leadership direction

      Leadership means well but simply doesn't have the skills needed run a failing company in the retail space.

      Cons

      Trax is a conglomerate of failing, impractical acquisitions that were never integrated properly. If you're looking for a place to make meaningful, practical, and timely impact in your role then this is ABSOLUTELY NOT the place.
