      Pros

      Love being part of an organization where culture and values are not just written but reflected through its people and work. TradeBlock is at the forefront of building technology for institutional clients to trade crypto! Can't be more exciting!

      Cons

      There's not really any negatives about the organization. The crypto market is volatile but the same can be said of every other asset class right now.

      Pros

      I get to work with a ton of brilliant individuals! And Breanne is great! Love the flexibility around working from anywhere we want 100% of the time and yet still having the option to visit our cool office in Stamford if we'd like. The crypto winter sucks for my portfolio but it doesn't seem to be slowing us down at all! Company is still growing at a great pace and the platform is looking sick.

      Cons

      No major cons. As we grow of course we will get more structure in certain areas we don't currently have, but it seems like we are headed in a good direction there.
