Participants in the Global Graduate scheme were badly-treated, with poor pay, inflexibility in the roles, precarious situation in work. While the graduate programme promised hands-on experience, in reality this was often outsourced to third parties, and the graduates work mainly consisted of administration.
HR were ineffective or frankly rude in many ways.
