Pros
When working in sales, the job is made easy when actually having a service or product you believe in. The team might be small but we work hand in hand to deliver a tailored service to clients that is leading the way.
Cons
As to be expected with a small start up, you get what you put in. This isn’t so much a con in my view but each day requires a positive attitude and not somewhere to just cruise along and not strive for success at all times.
