      Good team members, everyone outside of management is hard working.

      Cons

      CEO needs psycological help. Don't read these comments and think, "what a challenge! I will be the acception." You wont. Worst job i've ever had, Horrible management team, especially CEO who is not self aware and a deeply disturbed individual.

      The only good thing are smart coworkers

      Cons

      Leadership always operates through pressure and fear rather than structure. Expectations change constantly, communication is inconsistent, and employees are almost always blamed for issues outside their control. The environment creates a lot of anxiety and instability. Work-life balance and psychological safety are not prioritized. If you can avoid working here, please do it, and read all the 1 star reviews, all of them are 100% true.

      Decent pay and some good coworkers

      Cons

      The ceo and cto are genuinely bad people and run the same playbook over and over again. Things don’t go their way and they blame it on someone else, they snap at you, and you’re left feeling worthless because you can’t defend yourself to their bullying.
