HR India Lacks Employee-Centric Approach After Acquisition
Pros
Nothing good here to express
Cons
Since the acquisition, the HR department has become increasingly difficult to work with. The current HR representative behaves as if he is the ultimate authority, disregarding employee concerns and making arbitrary rule changes to suit his convenience. Instead of admitting mistakes, he shifts blame onto employees, creating an atmosphere of frustration and distrust. Employee issues are not properly addressed or escalated to higher management. If we attempt to raise concerns ourselves, we are met with dismissive responses like, "Do whatever you want." Policies are frequently altered without proper communication, leading to confusion and inconsistency. This lack of transparency and accountability is damaging employee morale.
