      The people you work with in the shop are really good people

      The management and the HR department are people that don't care about you or what you have going on in your life all that matters us their bottom dollar

      Honest work, good skills to learn, they are good at working with you on getting better.

      Cons

      The ceiling is low for labor workers, management is a little disconnected from the day to day intricacies of the workers, many of my coworkers struggled with money despite their situation. We didnt have a team member whose focus was on safety compliance so many things were out of their own standards.
