    *Good colleagues and teams *Good holidays *Great pay for working Christmas

    Cons

    Had ongoing issue with only receiving half wages. Lots of back and forth, company denied issue on their end until I spoke with the union and then issue was immediately resolved. Huge focus on sales despite job being customer care and not the sales department
