I have been working at Three Ireland full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Three offer great benefits to employees. I have never once thought that the way three conduct employee relations to be unfair. They have also been extremely good to corporate staff during the COVID 19 situation.

    Cons

I have been told salaries could be better but I have not yet experienced that. They offer good benefits and bonus packages.

I have been working at Three Ireland full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good benefits--discounted phone, free phone plan, average commission structure. Definitely not the best commission structure in telecoms but it is fair

    Cons

Retail staff are always the bottom of the barrel. We are the face of the company yet the company always thinks of its head office/ call centre staff before retail in all communications etc.

    Pros

People were great and sociable. Benefits package was really good Culture was very employee focused Atmosphere was a good collaborative vibe. Management very supportive Work Life Balance was great, rarely worked late. Flexibility

    Cons

Little room to move up. The organization is pretty flat with small hierarchy, So it's great for getting time wirh the C-Level. But on the flip very little chance to move upward.
