Pros
When I started it was a great company. They went out of their way to make the staff feel important and respected. They promoted from within and helped you succeed at your job.
Cons
They put great importance on the project managers while working the admin staff like pack animals. They give the bare minimum wage increase yet pile more and more work on the administrative team. They lost touch with office employees over the pandemic. They never reached out to see how things were going. I suffered a trauma and instead of helping me with my healing they told me to get my butt to the office or take a package. The office staff became toxic and bullies.
