high integrity, low cynicism factor, great projects with high prestige and biggish budgets
Cons
all-nighters? If you didn't have enough in school, continue to have them here in your career, even if you're in your 50s. Very competitive; people don't help each other (even though everyone is very polite). Owner is always working and seems to expect everyone else to do so. As well, the kids (under 30s) in the office follow his lead. So it's an intense environment. Principal reserves the right to redesign even up until the last minute; also he likes to be able to get into the tiniest details of the design if he wants to.

Pros
You work on great projects for first-rate cultural institutions. Colleagues are interesting and deeply committed to the company mission and to doing high quality work.
Cons
A great place for the beginning or intermediate stages of a museum career. But it comes with long hours.
