Pros
People are nice, building is clean.
Cons
Multiple longtime productions workers quit for never having received a promised yearly review or raise. No avenue for learning, advancement, meaningful benefits, raises. Salespeople expect production to remember jobs details and fix their paperwork. Management is unable to take meaningful critique to fix pipeline issues. I was fired for quarantining for covid exposure, and they received thousands in PPP loan money.

Flexible hours, laid back atmosphere. If you like a long commute to work, this is the place.
Cons
most employees don't follow, and even break, most of the rules in the employee handbook. Don't be a manager there, the owners will not support you
