No A/C in TEXAS, only fans that they hesitate to turn on resulting in extreme discomfort. Low pay. Management is awful and genuinely doesn’t care about you. Anti-union baked into orientation because of course. 1 = 3 = 1 doing the work of 3 people. CONSTANT System issues that they “can’t control” resulting in everyone playing catch up via mandatory 10 days for a week & threats of it bleeding into the weekend too. Management has no problem gaslighting you or making you feel bad for wanting to go home or downplaying any frustration you have. Training is done entirely at random and there is no choice to opt out of anything. Seems very much a dead end job to me.

Management was hit or miss. We had a lot of turnover at our store so it was always changing. When CEO Satish came, everything changed went downhill and didn’t feel like the company cared about its employees like before. Not much work/life balance in this role bc you always have to be on your phone and available.
