Pros
This company values personal growth and takes the time to build employee skills, regardless of experience level or how long they have worked here. Supervisors give detailed and tangible feedback for employees to implement right away, and give lots of positive reinforcement when they see us succeed,
Cons
The only downside is more due to the field itself, scheduling is difficult as clients may cancel with little to no heads up. The company does the best they can to give everyone the hours they need, and combats the constant change well.
