Pros

I worked at Terranea for a year. I loved my job and everyone in my department was incredible. That is why my rating has one star. My coworkers are what made our department successful and that was it.

Cons

The atmosphere of Terranea has a tone of maliciousness. It took me a little while to find out, but it is incredibly apparent. You are always looking over your shoulder because someone may stab you in the back. Management looks for your failures to highlight them and punish you instead of using them as a learning experience. The. resort has no problem having its employees suffer because they refuse to hirer more staff. The turnover rate of employees is incredibly high. Within my year of being there five employees left, including two managers, in a twelve person department. Terranea has had many issues regarding safety with people trying to break into rooms and knocking on car windows. The resort does not care and instead tries to silence whoever speaks out.
