      Pros

      Terrane offers very competitive salaries and a leadership team that rewards hard work and innovation. They offer WFH options a fun and curated office environment with great co-workers.

      Cons

      Dependent benefits are expensive, but employees are well covered.

      I was nervous to make the switch from a big Seattle Tech company to a smaller business but I am so glad that I did! Terrane has an amazing brand as well as an incredible vision for the future of the company. The Leadership Team is full of genuine individuals that want the best for their employees and clients. I love the enthusiasm and focus on innovation to create a quality company foresee lots of growth and opportunity at Terrane.
