Secure company, with a vast amount of resources. Great at training.
Cons
A high turnover on employees, and they tended to pit employees against each other. Lacked tack in addressing challenges. There was some abuse from managers, and higher management failed to resolve the issues. They didn't treat their labor force very well.
Kansas City office is under new management. That individual is not management material. Be prepared for belittling and eye rolling conversations. His stories go on forever and ever. The Kansas office is well short of there projections because of this individual.
Management in all areas is horrible, they treat their employee's with no respect. Pay is awful. Wish I could give them zero stars. No support from management at all. Everyone out for themselves, no real team work.
