Pros
You can get exposure to the latest standards/technologies from time to time. They hold monthly events, annual quizzes, and hackathon which keeps the employee involved. The only overhead with this is that you have to participate and not miss your deadlines either.
Cons
They do not appreciate your efforts, neither do they respect you when it comes. Increments are fixed, no matter how well you performed, unless you are either one of their favorites, or you can blackmail them with an offer in hand. They have been blackmailed by many employees, and they have sustained them because the company was in need at that time. They laid off so many employees as soon as the lockdown was implemented, not thinking about their futures (at least they could have sustained them for 2 months in that difficult period). So much politics in such a small company. they are living false promises. I can go on and on.
