Still Small Scale needs improvement

1. No Hike 2. No one answers the call 3. Slow Immigration process 4. Pure Indian Bureaucracy 5. No Overtime 6. Salary deduction if you get married and try to add wife/kid to insurance. 7. Direct clients will make you work for approx 60 hrs a week but the pay from Technosoft is for 40 hrs even though the client tells you that they are paying Vendor(Technosoft). Technosoft will never give you copy of work order so you don't know who is telling the truth. 8. If a public holiday falls on weekend, then they will not pay for weekday off even if client is off and paying. LOOK AT ANY OTHER COMPANY BESIDES THIS.
