      Pros

      You’ll be invited to a potluck every two months or so and experience some traditional Italian cuisine.

      Cons

      Zero opportunity to move up, must be willing to work free overtime. They are not able to provide enough work for the people they hire. You will not last more than a year. Terrible management.

      Pros

      Friendly people on the front lines, good, relatable folks, everyone trying to help one another. Starting pay is decent - usually better than the current employees

      Cons

      Upper management, benefits, no annual or bi-annual reviews, no evaluation process, micromanagers starting to take over, production based business model, transfers to other departments doesn't always mean promotion. Be careful if you hear the word "opportunity". Just because it's in their handbook, does NOT mean upper management has to adhere to it.

      Used to be amazing

      Pros

      Employees are great. Friendly people. Great starting opportunity to the industry.

      Cons

      Lack of direction for moving up. Micromanagement beyond what you would imagine. Managers talk trash behind your back. Managers have no idea what people do day to day. No training. High expectations. No recognition for hard work. You’re reminded that you’re easily replaceable. Heavily underpaid compared to nearby industry. Managers complain about how busy they are then just walk around the office talking all day. Management believe they are the best and have no room to improve.
