Pros
Very hardworking people who are intelligent and passionate about the work that they do. I nice culture around the office which allows people to work with some independence. Team members are willing to teach new skills to others and help out with problems as they arise
Cons
Last minute schedule changes and heavy workload seem to make it difficult to have a consistent work/life balance
