Pros

- Free Energy Drinks: Great for your health! - Relaxed Dress Code: Tank Tops Bro! - Great Healthcare Plan: This is the best part of the job. - Bonuses: Oh wait never mind

Cons

One would think that a company this size would have a great team of managers and leadership. Instead, we are managed by an inept group of morons who's greatest achievement to date has been destroying employee moral and driving away top performers. - Entry Level Pay - High School Clique Mentality - Spineless and Inept Management Team

Pros

Work and life balance.

Cons

I was in sales. Total call centre environment. It's not a place you can think about your future in a long term. And they build main offices in middle of nowhere(they have three main ones which are in Germany, USA, Australia) so you'll not enjoy your life unless you're a countryside type of person. Management are fake. they don't understand other culture and only work with "German" style. It's okay to be there meanwhile finding a better job. They hire too many over qualified people comparing to the tasks. No benefits, no commissions for sales. Low salary.

Pros

Everyone here is suffering together so there is a good amount of friendship/trauma bonding between everyone. Free food options on some days.

Cons

I chose to ignore the bad reviews about this company when I was offered a job and I regret ignoring them. All of the top talent is leaving or has left because they treat their employees really badly. Wild snakes enter the office and have to be captured regularly. They forced a pregnant woman with chronic sickness to come in every day and prohibited her from working at home, she had to throw up in the work bathroom. Not enough people work in the other teams so your job is also to do theirs. Each team plays different music at the same time so it’s sensory overload while you’re supposed to make phone calls in the office. They make empty reward promises. My coworker earned rewards by hitting goals and they retracted them after they were earned. They added more sales reps to divide the earning potential for all the reps. They just made the job 100% onsite. They change the rules you’re supposed to follow every day and there is no consistency.
