      Good to work at TCS

      Pros

      There are lots of opportunities to learn and keep yourself updated in TCS. Health Insurance benefits are one of the plus working in TCS.

      Cons

      1. There are too many processes being followed. Even for a small thing, it requires multiple levels of approval which takes more than a week to get it done. 2. Very fewer increments when compared to other corporates.
