      Pros

      Great work/life balance and great engineering culture. Transparency and flat structure. No managers. Ability to impact on the product (if you want and can).

      Cons

      Could be considered as cons: Processes tend to change too fast. No ability to grow into management.

      Pros

      No overtimes, great work/life balance, flat hierarchy, autonomy, good office with free food, fruits and candies. 20% of time dedicated to learning and personal projects.

      Cons

      Can't work from home (Sometimes that would be good). Strict arrival time (not later than 11 a.m.). Maybe there are not so much career options, but you have freedom to increase your technical skills greatly.

      Pros

      Culture and People. That says it all. First company I work for with trust and autonomy so much there, and learning and curiosity being what is expected of everyone, and supported in all ways.

      Cons

      nothing really. it's not all pink and blue all the time, but with the right attitude all problems get solved
