      A fun place to work with smart and friendly colleagues delivering amazing impact to clients and coachees.

      There has been a lot of change recently although it’s all been needed and is taking us in the right direction.

      Pros

      Great programmes that improve workplaces - mostly for women.

      Cons

      Quite insufficient and no processes. Diversity is a service offered to clients but it's not practised within the organisation. The Founder is friendly in person but rude in emails. He does not have a handle on managing staff and is afraid to have difficult conversations. Staff that do not have the knowledge get promoted because they are his favorite and have been there the longest.
