No night shift allowance!!!

Few pros but mainly overshadowed by the lack of equality and fairness amongst the staff. It's the most painted building in Dublin.

Cons

No night shift allowance for any new starters but what they don't tell you is the other 95% of the staff get it for doing exactly the same hours/job, and it's all the new lads who do all the hard work while the older employees take it handy patiently waiting on there redundancy from the fed ex takeover , it's also a who you know and not what you know type of company! You get forgotten about if you work nights as long as the work is done know one cares.
