      For me there are no Cons working at TLM - some may find remote working a challenge but for me the Pro's easily outweigh the Con's of working remotely

      Pros

      The leadership team genuinely cares about every staff member. They go above and beyond to ensure employees are happy and motivated. Employees are viewed as the number one asset and the better the company does the more they give back. 100% remote work, great benefits, promotes work-life balance and great career opportunities.

      Cons

      Working remotely can be challenging because you miss face to face interactions however they just rented an office for the days you would like to change working environments and collaborate with team members.
