Where do i start? The management and the decision making authority starts and ends with the founder who just wanted a retirement plan. he runs the company with no vision. He takes the most senseless, random and bizarre decisions. If TEG is game of thrones, the founder is the mad king. i also haven't met a cheaper person. there are no bonuses. there is no hike. he brings in desperate people at low packages, promising them hikes and bonuses but when they work hard, perform and expect those promises to come true, he frustrates them to the point where they have to resign. don't commit suicide people. Stay away!!

1) Bad Senior management. 2) Unethical culture. 3) Regionalism. 4) Bad salary, far below market standards. 5) Irritating Managers. 6) Politics in the company 7) Bad infrastructure. 8) Managers are more like dictators and treat their employees as Labor and there is no holiday on Labor Day. 9) HR would say working hour is extremely flexible. But my dear friend it's in negative way. Sometime you need to work continuously for 12+ hours. 10) If you dare leave office before 9hr. you are comitting a crime. 11) They say it's an analytics company but it's more into ETL and Reporting!
