      Pros

      The people who work at TAG are amazing and make you feel welcome. This is one of the first companies I've worked for where I enjoy coming into work every day. More opportunities are available within the company, which is providing employees with increased confidence in a bright future with the company.

      Some of the people are hardworking and kind

      Cons

      Horrible leadership and mismanagement. The owner needs to retire and get out of the business. He is not a healthy person and surrounds himself with Yes people vs people who actually know what they are doing and can grow the business.
