It was hectic at some times

Everyone is disposable at any time. They try to install this sense of trust, communication, and team work but in reality everyone is playing a political game and it in it for themselves. The do not know how to have development or discipline conversations with people. If a leader does not like something you may have done, you are on the chopping block to be let go next. You will be expected to work tirelessly while also stressing if they will be letting you go next. The Company is always changing, so once you get use to a new implementation or change, they change it again and expect employees to thrive. Very toxic work environment. Very selfish work environment. No growth. Everyone is throwing everyone under the bus to get ahead. Human Resources is so inconsistent. Great as a resume booster if wanting to stay in the tech space.
