      Amazing company but losing the company culture we built

      Amazing company culture but was starting to decline and lots of highly skilled people to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of career growth and no defined career path. When ready to move to the next step in Career there no position available to do so. New management started killing the company culture we built over the years
