      SMSI is a labor supplement company that supplies workers to LANL for roles they have a hard time filling. -SMSI will bold-face lie to candidates about job expectations to get roles filled for LANL -SMSI will not stand up for their employees to disingenuous LANL managers who are unreasonable in their expectations of SMSI help. -In short, SMSI is a pawn of LANL and their employees are the fodder

      Free coffee and notebooks were given to employees.

      Cons

      This is an extremely antagonistic company starting with the CEO down to the HR department. They never give feedback unless it is negative and hurtful. Employees are hire at different salaries for the same positions with females earning far less than their male counterparts. It's a staff augmentation company with no regard for morale or employees' wellbeing.
