Pros
You will be pushed to be your best. You will be part of an efficient team. Everyone is very professional and polite. Most people are highly intelligent. There is excellent work-life balance.
Cons
It can sometimes feel very political and at it's worst, very gossipy. I have seen people lie to get ahead. It's a family business so if you are not in the family, you don't have any real security.

What separates Strategex from other companies is our culture. The culture is driven by our “Fundamentals” and set the tone for how Strategex conducts business. Everyday those in the office eat lunch together. This seems like a small thing, but this drives getting to know Fellow co-workers on a personal level. Top perks include ability to work from home, summer hours, work/life balance, generous PTO.
Cons
While the work from home flexibility is a perk, there are days when the office is extremely quiet. Those whom predominantly work from miss out on atmosphere in the office.
