Low salaries vs rest of the industry No benefits for working excessive hours Encouraged to lie to customers to hide problems Very slow to improve or make any changes to product or working conditions Management have no conviction Some employees cruise/avoid work with no recourse Lack of security, 2 rounds of redundancies recently

Pros

Certain team members are great people, and it's an exciting product and industry. The office space is nice too.

Cons

Where to start... No hopes of career progression, constant lies from senior members of the company, atrocious management styles, and that's just the beginning. There is a general condescending attitude from all managers, they hire smart employees but don't want their opinions. The salaries are poor for many roles, and overinflated for others. It's impossible to list everything that is wrong with working at Stratajet, which is a shame, because it had amazing potential at some point.

Product which has major problems and has failed to perform Mass redundancies have happened twice recently due to financial cuts which is disappointing for all the hard work Low salaries Company changes its direction/strategy monthly Constant lack of transparency to employees about situations
