I’ve been in the company for over a year and I’d like to believe that whatever I say is truly credible. I watched how everything changed in the Singapore office, and seriously, I am baffled by how bad things turned out. At first, we had amazing people, culture, and even the CEO & Head of People were working on improving how they conduct their trainings (i’d honestly like to believe this lol), but ever since September/October 2022, with the new CRO, everything was going down the drain. Whatever former/current employees have mentioned in the previous reviews are ALL TRUE. CEO’s been making bad hiring decisions. & I am starting to think that the CRO wants to see the CEO go down because she seem to be holding all the power. I believe that my former colleagues in the TA team are embarrassed to be hiring people into the company now because they feel like scammers to fresh grads, especially since the recent layoffs. (Which did not make any sense btw) One of my colleagues left because x was too embarrassed to be taking anymore people into the company.

There was minimal training. The training we did receive was not presented well and after when it was all said done they just wanted us to figure it out for our selves. Their "people operations" does not seem to know what they are doing and are a bit lazy as well (not even sure what they really do in all honesty). Base salary is low the ability to earn commission is advertised as "easy" but is far from it. Favoritism is REAL they will IGNORE you and or some leadership will try to help you but seems like they dont even know what they are doing. They will only choose to help CERTAIN people and management is a MESS. It amazes me how they handle certain situations. Leadership enjoys to gossip as well (I personally think its just immature to gossip about employees with their coworkers). The whole environment there is very toxic and negative. I would recommend reading all of these reviews here on glassdoor.
