there were three rounds, one with the screening team another with the HRs and another with the team lead. they just want to learn more about you and whether or not you suit the job
2 stage process, TA interview, then one on one. friendly interaction, lots of questions about motivations and money. Met with several different people during the day. Felt like quite a KPI focused company
